Resembles a small bud of broccoli.  It may have small, edible yellow flowers blooming around the buds.  The flavor is described as nutty, bitter, and pungent.  Often times it is sautéed with oil and garlic as a side dish.

Handling and Storage
Wrap in plastic wrap and store in the crisper section of the refrigerator for five-seven days.  Before eating rinse under cold water.
