Handling and Storage
Look for firm kiwis.  Kiwis will ripen after a few days to a week when stored at room temperature.  Keep out of direct sunlight.  When ripe store separate from other fruit to stop it from continuing to ripen.  In the refrigerator they will keep for up to two weeks.  They will keep on the counter for a week.  Best served ripe, but not over-ripe.
